2. Our Services
We provide assistance for FSSAI Registration, State & Central licenses, renewals, modifications and related compliance. We are a private consultancy — we are not a government body.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate documents and contact information.
- Cooperate with our team and respond to queries promptly.
- Ensure documents uploaded are authentic and complete.
4. Liability Limitation
Foods Licensing is not liable for delays, rejections or government policy changes. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee you paid.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
Foods Licensing offers digital consultancy and government-facing application services. Due to the immediate nature of our work, the following rules apply to refunds and cancellations.
No Refund After Service Initiation
Once we begin processing your application (document verification, drafting, or filing), fees are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility (Before Processing)
If no documents have been received and no processing has started, a partial refund may be possible after deducting administrative charges.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Delays caused by government departments
- Rejections due to incorrect documents supplied by the client
- Customer withdrawal after submission
How to Request a Refund
Contact support@foodslicensing.com with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
